Carbon Black is a material produced by the incomplete combustion of coal and coal tar.
It has two physical features in common words: Light & Fine.

Weifang Yulian has over 10 years in providing carbon black&white packing solutions. Currently, we produce over 150,000 pieces carbon fibc for three huge carbon black companies every year.

 

How to prevent leaking?

The most important thing about carbon black fibc is preventing leaking. Due to physical features, carbon is able to spread from tiny sewing holes.

Two solutions can effectively prevent leaking:

First, coating can effectively prevent carbon black from leaking out of the crevices of the warp & weft yarns of the PP woven cloth.

Second, we add sealing strips to all sewing areas to solve this problem, such as botton&top, baffle, and loops, and even document pockets. 


 

Foreign Bodies Removal

It is very common for carbon black manufacturers to receive complaints from customers about the foreign bodies mixed in their products.
Weifang Yulian will be responsible for removing unexpected items in each FIBC, not only the Carbon Bag.

First, blowing 20s - 60s to remove hair, die insects and sewing threads drop in by accident. 

Second, metal detection to remove working tools drop in by accident.

Third, manual inspection to remove outside extra sewing threads.

Weifang Yulian owns 2 advanced Hengli Yarn drawing machines, 60 various circular weaving machines, 30 computer sewing machines, and 15 various cutting machines.
